MORGANVILLE, N.J. -  New Jersey-based Arrow Pest Control announced two internal promotions to the company’s executive team. “We have very aggressive plans to grow our family-owned business throughout the state of New Jersey as consolidation within the industry expands around us,” said Stewart Lenner, president and owner of Arrow Pest Control. “The door is always open to promoting leadership from within, and to have a female-dominant executive team was one of my goals. We are very happy to announce the promotions of Nicole Medefindt and Alexandra Pelissier to our executive team, joining our vice president, Beatrice Ferretti.”

Nicole Medefindt, a former customer service representative, has been promoted to executive office manager. Medefindt started with Arrow in March 2018 as a customer service representative. Medefindt and her team helped grow the company’s sales and revenue while working remotely for much of 2020. As executive office manager, Medefindt will be overseeing office operations and customer service throughout the company.

Alexandra “Lexi” Pelissier, former customer service representative and assistant accounts receivable clerk, has been promoted to corporate accounts receivable manager. Pelissier started with Arrow in June 2017. While working for Arrow, she attended Georgian Court University, obtaining a degree in business administration. As corporate accounts receivable manager, Pelissier will be overseeing all payments made on behalf of customers; working directly with the company’s chief financial officer.

“Nicole and Alexandra are both wonderful assets to our executive team, and we look forward to their continued growth within the company,” said Beatrice Ferretti, vice president and chief operating officer for Arrow Pest Control. “I am proud to be a part of a female-led executive team, and we are thrilled to reward success and hard work from within.”
