What do German cockroaches look like?
Adult German cockroaches are light brown or tan in color and have two distinctive black stripes running horizontally behind their head.
German cockroaches grow to between ½ and 5/8th of an inch in length; the abdomen of the female is broader than that of the male. German cockroaches are winged, but they would rather than run where they need to travel instead of fly.
